  • Smartpost Saver is an economical shipping method that utilizes the speed of FedEx and the convenience of USPS. FedEx will drop off the package at your local post office. Once the U.S. Postal Service receives the package, they will make final delivery to your door within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Saturday.
  • FEDEX delivers Ground Residential Monday - Friday.
  • FEDEX delivers Express and Ground Commercial Monday - Friday.
  • In-stock orders will be shipped within 1 business day.
  • Special order items take approximately 8-15 business days to complete processing and delivery. Orders will ship complete unless expedited shipping is chosen for in-stock items.

Rush Delivery

To ensure orders are processed as quickly as possible, please call Customer Care, Toll-Free at 888-989-6784. We are happy to provide guidance in terms of delivery options, cut-off times, and product availability.

Some general things to keep in mind regarding rush deliveries:

  1. Orders received for items in stock will be shipped within 1 business day. Orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day they are received.
  2. "Business days" include Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
