Non-Wood Bat Warranty
Miken Sports will provide a one-time bat repair or replacement within one year for qualifying bats from the date of purchase. See your specific warranty card for the duration or contact Miken Sports Customer Care at 1-877-807-5291 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. The guarantee covers breakage or cracking that result from normal usage. Abuse such as hitting metal cleats, rocks, or anything other than a ball can damage your bat and will void the warranty. The warranty does not cover bats that have been used in commercial batting cages.
NOTE: Warranty only covers products purchased from authorized Miken dealers. The warranty does not cover any products purchased from a non-authorized seller, including but not limited to sellers operating on a third-party auction site unless they are authorized Miken dealers. To ensure warranty coverage, be mindful when selecting your retailer and make sure they are an authorized Miken dealer. If you need clarification on whether a particular retailer is an authorized Miken dealer, please contact customer service at 1-877-807-5291 or email email@example.com.
- Complete online Warranty Claim Form OR send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, OR call 1-877-807-5291 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please have the following information ready: model#, length, weight, serial number and date purchased.
- Once you receive your RA# and return instructions, send your bat, valid proof of purchase (sales receipt) from an authorized dealer and JTS/RMW serial sticker, to the Warranty Department. Also, be sure to keep a copy of the receipt and serial sticker for your records.
- If the bat is deemed defective, Miken Sports will send out a repaired or replacement bat.
- If the bat does not meet Miken Sports warranty requirements, it will be returned to you in its condition after testing.
